I predicted that these things will be revealed in 2014 –-
1. Prediction: NSA spied upon and continues to spy on Senators, Congressmen and Congresswomen.
Reality: Well, close. The CIA was caught spying on its own oversight committee according to Chairwoman puppet Dianne Feinstein “Feinstein Publicly Accuses C.I.A. of Spying on Congress”
That prediction was only slightly off target in predicting NSA rather than CIA.
However, what was revealed was even worse than my prediction. The CIA was spying on its “mother” — the Senate Intelligence Oversight Committee ! Maybe not an A+, but shouldn’t that prediction get an A ?
2. NSA spied upon and continues to spy on Federal Court Judges.
Nothing as of March 11th.
3. Google, Yahoo, Facebook and others gave away some unconstitutional access to the NSA for cash– just like NSA gave RSA a $10 million contract to reveal encryption secrets so that they can “backdoor” decrypt all your communications.

4. NSA / CIA has been “adjusting” bank accounts by removing money.
Nothing as of March 11th.
5. NSA critics will continue to confuse the very different terms “illegal” and unconstitutional.”
Daily occurrences. Violating our Constitution is a hugely bigger crime than violating a law.
NSA staff violating FISA by vacuuming up all our phone records, emails and web searches is illegal. Violating our Rights to Privacy and our Rights to be Free of unreasonable Search and Seizure, our Right against Self-incrimination are Unconstitutional; more accurately they are “Anti-Constitutional.”
